It's true, the democrats are engaged in a coup against their own country, against our country. I guess all of the things I've been noticing lately could be a coincidence or just bad luck, but I really don't thinks they are. For the first time in our history we have deposed a president. President Joe Biden was legally nominated by his party at the Democratic National Convention to continue to represent his party, the Democratic Party, in the 2024 presidential election. At the convention all of his compatriots stated that he was doing a great job as president and could easily defeat Donald Trump. His mental acuity was not a problem even though he was eighty one years old. Then he put in a pretty bad performance during the debate with Donald Trump and they realized they might have a problem propping Biden up for the rest of the campaign. They've known for a long time that he was in the early to advance stages of dementia, but they were afraid that Vice President Kamala Harris was also inadequate to the task of defeating Trump who had been a very successful president just four years earlier. What to do?
Instead of continuing to try to hide President Biden from reporters and the public, they panicked and opted to pressure, and eventually force Biden to drop out of the campaign and support VP Harris. During the 2024 primary season Democrats overwhelmingly voted for President Joe Biden to represent them in the general election in November. Harris was a distant fourth, but was chosen to run as the VP nominee because she is a black woman. Clearly her party didn't have any confidence in her ability to serve as the President of the United States. Suddenly after it became increasingly impossible to hide President Biden's mental deficiencies Vice President Harris became the smartest woman in the world. The only problem was that she had already been passed over as the parties nominee in a landslide and since the DNC the democrat leadership had been telling all of us what a genius Biden is, apparently forgetting that they had already rejected him twice as the person they had to have as their standard bearer. In case anyone is wondering what changed; nobody knows.
The other question that nobody wants to address is, is it legal? Well let's not spoil the moment with legalities. We're talking about Democrats! The law doesn't apply to them. They love to tell us over and over and over again that 'nobody is above the law.' Unless the law is being applied to a democrat, then it's different. They have been plotting a coup against our system of government for decades, but not until we elected our First Black President did it really gain traction. Barack Obama had a majority in both houses of Congress and he moved fast, forcing a vote on a government take over of medical insurance. He wanted to abolish all private medical insurance in favor of medical care run by a newly formed bureaucrat run medical insurance. If unions hadn't intervened he might have succeeded, but there was a tremendous amount of opposition to socialized medicine by the majority of Americans, many of whom had great medical insurance that was subsidized by their employers, in some cases their employers paid the entire premium for them. For months President Obama told anyone who would listen that he wasn't proposing a government takeover, but an alternative government subsidized medical insurance for people who couldn't afford the more expensive private insurance policies that were on the market.
When people asked the dreaded question; "How will this work? What is in this miracle bill?" Of course democrats were ready with an answer; "Nobody knows, we'll have to pass the bill in order to find out how it works!" Obamacare passed on a strict party line vote, with a handful of Republicans voting for it and I think one democrat voting against it. No one was surprised to learn that what the law actually did was cancel everyone's insurance unless they worked for one of the government agencies or a large corporation. With the stroke of a pen President Obama signed the bill and millions of Americans were no longer insured by anybody. Supposedly there was a new office of government that for some reason was under the leadership of the IRS, who would make sure that all Americans were insured by an employer or purchased their own medical insurance through what was known as an exchange. Americans had to create an account via the internet then choose from three different insurance plans, Gold, Silver, and Bronze; cute. Gold is the most expensive, then Silver and at the bottom is Bronze. Each of them is complicated and difficult to navigate. Of course it took a few weeks for the IRS to even figure out how to make the website work since they weren't given any warning at all that they would be running a bureaucratic boondoggle. Suddenly the IRS was in the medical insurance business.
Each plan had different coverage limits for different procedures and different premiums and copays and deductibles. It was and still is a mess, but we've been stuck with it for almost twenty years so people have gotten over the initial pain and fear and out of necessity have learned how to use it. The other surprise was that is was organized by geographic zones, roughly using a person's zip code. People living in a given area had to choose their doctors and other medical providers from a list of doctors in a certain zip code. People who had been treated by a doctor over a period of years could no longer see that doctor. If they had been using a hospital they liked and were familiar with they had to choose a different one unless they were lucky enough to find their doctor and hospital were on the list that covered their area. Government employees and employees covered by a large corporation were exempt from the pain of Obamacare. Another promise from President Obama had been that nobody was going to lose anything.
"If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your old inefficient insurance you can keep your insurance. Nobody's taking anything away from you." He said that publicly dozens of times and it was a lie. The biggest fraud ever perpetrated against the American people by an American president, with the possible exception of Franklin D. Roosevelt. And of course no government coup would be complete unless they could foul up the nations finances. There was no way to fund this white elephant and that's why the IRS was in charge. From then on there would be a new line on everyone's tax return asking for proof of medical coverage. The reason for this was because some people, especially young and healthy people would opt to pay for doctor visits out of pocket rather than incur the expense of a monthly insurance premium. Democrats are too smart for that so they wrote a line requiring all Americans to pay for one f their insurance plans or pay a penalty. Nobody told us about that little factoid either. Whenever a leader of the democrat party promises you anything that will be beneficial you can bet you are about to be cheated. The promise will be a mirage and it will disappear after you've fallen for it again.
Over the next four years President Obama managed to weaponize the IRS against any conservative organization requesting tax breaks for 501c political pacs. None of them were granted. He also weaponized the BATF, and the United States attorney general to change the laws regarding firearms ownership. At the same time he made a series of public statements about how racist Americans are against black people. Just because we had elected a black man to be president didn't mean we didn't hate black people. It was stupid, but Americans were falling for it. Overnight black people started mistrusting white people and work places became tense once again like they hadn't been since 1960. President Obama went on a world tour telling people in countries all over Europe and Asia that America was a bad country with a sordid history. We were greedily using up all of the world's resources because we were wealthy and felt like we deserved more than everyone else. As a capitalist nation we were greedy and insensitive. He was going to change all of that. He capitalized on the fear people all over the world had about man made catastrophic global warming that was exasperated by American greed and waste.
His performance was disgraceful. An American president visiting other countries, bowing and curtseying to foreign leaders and begging forgiveness in our behalf. He also promised many of them that he would give them large amounts of money in their efforts to stop the climate from changing. We will never know what happened to that money. He gave Iran billions of dollars which they used to continue their quest to become a nuclear power in the Middle East and to foster terrorist operations throughout the world. Democrats are destabilizing some dangerous regions of the world. While he was destabilizing the world, he was continuing his assault on America. He made periodic statements about how little the United States had done to strengthen race relations instead of reminding all of us how far we'd come as a country and as a people. Trayvon Martin was a thug who lived in Florida and attacked an innocent man one night and tried to rob him. Martin forced the man to the ground and was banging his head against the pavement when the man shot him dead in self defense. Immediately there were riots across the country. President Obama didn't see any reason to help bring the country together. Instead he insisted that Trayvon was a good kid and was killed because he was black.
"If I had a son," the president said, "He would look just like Trayvon Martin." Obama had the opportunity to help the country heal, to have someone look into the incident and provide an honest assessment of what happened. In Florida if a person is being assaulted they have the right to defend themselves, some states think it is wrong for a person to defend their self. Instead of perhaps ordering the Attorney general to conduct an extensive study of crime in America and attempting to find out exactly why there are so many Black men in prison, he told the world that racism was the reason. That white people hate Black people and refused to provide them opportunities or give them jobs that pay well, they discriminated against them and forced them to go on welfare or resort to a life of crime. At about the same time another Black man named Michael Brown was killed in Missouri and of course rioting broke all over the country. Before any of the facts were known Obama was in front of the cameras claiming that Michael Brown was unarmed at the time he was killed by a racist white police officer. The investigation led in a different direction. Michael Brown was a robbery suspect and the police officer spotted him and attempted to detain him for an investigation. Mr. Brown didn't want to be investigated so he jumped into the police car and tried to disarm the police officer and succeeded in removing his pistol from its holster. Their was a violent struggle for the firearm which was discharged several times inside the car. Finally Brown was fatally wounded and the patrol officer was seriously injured himself.
Obama didn't make any attempt to apologize for his inflammatory statements nor did he try to stop the rioting. Even before these two incidences of violence there was a professor Gates who teaches at Harvard University and was arrested at his home after refusing to identify himself to officers who had received a call for service at Gates' residence regarding a break in of his home. The responding police officer arrived at the residence in question and observed the front door ajar. Upon approaching the front door he was met by Henry Gates, the homeowner. The police didn't know who the homeowner so he asked the man to show some form of identification. When the man refused the police officer requested a supervisor to respond. When the supervisor arrived he also asked Gates for some identification so they could be certain he was in fact the homeowner and the real homeowner wasn't somewhere in the house dead. Gates continued to refuse. The police placed him under arrest, searched the residence and verified that Gates was in fact the homeowner. Then they transported him to the police station where he was booked for interfering with a lawful investigation. The next day President Obama accused the police of "Acting stupidly" and illegally arresting a man simply because of his race. The district attorney in that case declined to prosecute, President Obama invited Henry Gates and the police officer to come to the White House to drink beer and discuss the case. The whole thing was on the news and became yet another embarrassing chapter in our history. We endured the Obama administration for eight long years, suffering one embarrassment after another.
His Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton, was caught storing documents labeled Top Secret on an insecure service in her personal residence. Intelligent people assume, probably correctly, that she was sharing that information with multiple heads of state probably for financial renumeration. The FBI tried to avoid investigating her, but the pressure mounted until they really had no choice. Their investigation disclosed that she was in fact storing top secret documents improperly on a server in her home and the information had probably been compromised by a variety of foreign governments. They also discovered that she had destroyed a whole bunch of cell phones and personal computers and attempted to use a software program known as 'Bleach bit' to wipe her server and her computers clean. At the end of their investigation the head of the FBI James Comey, held a press conference during which he enumerated dozens of laws that she had broken. At the conclusion of the press conference he said there was not going to be any criminal charge filed against her because she didn't realize that what she had done was illegal and no prosecutor would file the case because although she was criminally reckless, she never intended any harm and she had learned her lessonTom H. In just a few months they were going to forget that leniency and go after Donald Trump for crimes that were never even committed and try to send him to prison for life.
